Thorold Secondary School has a long and rich history and we are proud to continue the Tradition of Excellence that began when a secondary school was first established in the hamlet of Thorold in 1857. The secondary school building has stood in its present location since 1875, with several ‘wings’ and ‘layers’ being added over the past 133 years! We are excited to be again under renovation, with over $3 million currently being invested in new windows and an extensive infrastructure upgrade..

All the while, students and staff are busy learning, working and playing both within the walls of the school and in the surrounding community.
